No, Cloud Lab is a tool open to all within the NIH biomedical research community.

None. Cloud Lab will focus on building a robust catalogue of resources to meet researchers where they are within their journey, regardless of experience with the cloud.

No; however, it may be good to visit AWS and GCP to see some of their free training resources to familiarize yourself with these respective platforms.
